I was in the same boat at your age, exact story. I had several encounters some I've described on here. I'll just warn you... I saw a lot of coworkers get fired over work affairs. With metoo its even worse now. HR gets a sniff of anything going on and your ass will be out the door. We lost several good people over it. The other big thing was once you start with anyone you run the risk of them wanting more, as in a life together. I don't know how many hard talks I had about no I am not going to leave my family. Just make sure if you do anything you are honest upfront with them and make your boundaries clear, then if you continue they cant come back and say anything. But you will always run the risk of a jilted lover ratting you out and the entire company knowing. Or your spouse. Amd it can drop your chances for moving up the ladder if mgmt finds out, believe me. Gotta ask yourself if it's worth it. Looking back I'd say no.
