Seriously, just because you're a military family too doesn't mean you have to right to ignore LEASH LAWS. Control your fucking dog! Do you know how annoying it is to be taking an afternoon walk only to have some piece of shit unleashed dog jumping on you, barking and growling at you?! Clearly you don't, because when I asked if it was your dog, you ignored me. I guess you guys have never heard of fucking leash laws, well, they have them, they are there for a purpose.
