My Piss Kink Is A Mental Disorder?

So I struggle with BPD which is a personality disorder that comes along with an unstable sense of self. Some days I'm so far out it doesn't even feel like I'm a real person that exists.
When I feel like that I get really into being pissed on and sometimes drinking my sexual partners piss. Because I don't feel like a person really, I still want to relieve them and like be theirs. But I'm not submissive generally
