Niece Is Getting Fucked

My sister called me to take her daughter to and from her dance class. She had to work late and wouldn't be home until late at night.

Well I went over to my sister's place. I let myself in and did the courtesy hello. Her kids are both in high school one is a freshman the other a sophomore. My nephew the freshman was blasting music or playing video game in his room on the main floor. He does this whenever their mom has to work and they have the house to themselves.

I guess my niece didn't hear me as I didn't hear them. My niece's room is in the finished basement. I went down the stairs to get her moving and then I saw her. She was with some guy getting fucked doggy style. We made complete eye contact and I retreated up the stairs.

Back on the main floor I grabbed a drink and sat at the table and waited. She came upstairs a few minutes later I asked where the boy was. she said he climbed out a basement window to avoid me. Nothing more was said as we left for her class both red with embarrassment.

I spent the time in between thinking about how should I respond what do I do. This is what I came up with. Remember this is my niece not my child I have no authority to discipline her. On our way back from her class I pulled into CVS bought a box of condoms and gave it to her, I told her I would buy them for her if she needed me to. I also called my sister and told her that they need to have "the talk". My sister doesn't think my niece needs it even after I dropped some sizable hints at what happened. My sister thinks her kids are angels that walk among us apparently.

Now my niece is taking me up on my offer and asked if I can get her another box. I got her a 24 count last time thinking they would last . Now I'm second guessing myself wondering if I overstepped.
