I Think Pregos Are Beautiful

I'm a nurse by profession. I work for a gyno doc so I am around pregnant women every day. I have seen every kind of distended belly you can imagine. Not to mention distended pussies and had my hand in many doing pelvic exams. Pregnant breasts are also a thing, big full breasts ready to blow up in your hand waiting to be sucked dry.

I am not gay, or queer. I guess is comes with the job. I just think a big woman with a huge belly and huge breasts who is a couple of weeks out for the big day is beautiful. My idea anyway.
