We bought my husbands family home about 9 years ago. There is an old woman in her 80s across the street whom was always nice to me when she would see me outside. Well then I noticed as the months passed that she was always raking, weeding cutting grass with scissors all the time Im talking 6 am to midnight. No big deal kinda entertaining to watch. Well then she would start telling me how the lady up the street should be cleaning up her yard more, well this lady was on hospice, terminally ill and I told the mean old woman this, she said well Im 80 and I still do it. Well then I had a baby and a couple of days after I got home from the hospital I had to let my pomeranine out to potty since the back steps were so steep and I had a c-section I put him out on a chain in the front. Well I was changing my babys diaper and heard my dog start screaming. I go out there and she is standing in my flower bed beating my dog with the handle off a mop. I get him inside and she comes after me. I called the police and they told her to stay off my property. So the next day she is standing in the street cussing me and my children for having a nasty yard she said. I called the police again. Then Halloween rolls around and she slaps a 2 year old for walking on her grass, but his parents thought she was senile and did nothing. She chased both of her elderly neighbors with rakes for not raking their yard, tried to hit them. Choked a neighbor child, 9 years old, for rollerblading on her carport, after she told him he could. Police were called charges filed, a week later she files charges agianst the childs dad,said that he beat her up. So they both dropped charges, I mean I dont blame him the judge would have seen a poor pitiful old lady, not the psycho. She assaults another elderly neighbor which we got on video, but that neighbor doesnt want to call police. This is going on weekly for years she has one child who will not do anything to get her mother put in a home. Now one of her neighbors died and she bought her house too. She has already chased the neighbors kid and husband with a rake, cussed them and me out for not raking the leaves. Said they bring maggots and that her neighbors dog poop killed her husband, gave him cancer. She called me everything she could yell out of her nasty mouth to the police when they got there Friday night. The police were called because she was trespassing again and throwing trash and leaves into out yards. Then Saturday night she comes across the street with a bag of candy trying to give it to my kids for halloween, well I told her to take her hind end back home, After what she called me my kids were not gonna take that candy, So she starts cussing me in front of my 4 year old, so I told her she was a mean, crazy old bat and if she didnt take her self back across the street Id press charges and she could go to jail. So she finally left because the police told her the night before if she got on any of our property they would write her a ticket and she might go to jail for her threats. This is just a few of our problems with her the main one being her violence towards children, elderly and animals. Several poisoning of pets by her, she admits it. We cannot get anything done, this come to find out has been going on for years, not because of her age like the police think, I mean her own daughter said she has always been mean and psycho. But she afraid of her so she wont do anything. Im sorry this is so long but I needed to vent, because this lady has pushed me to my limit I hope she breaks a hip or something soon because if not I may wind up on assault charges, lol.
