To answer your question based on the the info you have provided, you are seeking confirmation of what you already know.
My vote is that not only are they fucking, they are still thrilled about doing it, so it's probably a fairly recent development.
The behavior you describe in them sounds to me like they are getting a rush out of flaunting themselves so brazenly in your presence.

This is all assuming that you are not delusional or cursed with some other psychiatric disorder.

What are your options...

Does it bother you? Or turn you on? Both I suspect. How is your sex life really?

Who of the two of you is the most financially solvent? If it's you, even if you are equals, or your death would benefit him thru a life insurance policy, or he benefitted from any ex wives or girlfriends or if any of their relatives died and left them any estate etc, I would be very careful. The reason is I don't like how brazenly bold they are about around you, as if you don't matter, as if you don't exist. Or won't exist.

Hopefully I'm just being overly cautious. I think you should be overly cautious too. Not offensively, but defensively. Don't mention any thing to either of them. But DO gather as much secretly recorded video evidence of them having sex with each other as you can. Make copies of it and put one in a safety deposit box outside of your area where you don't have mutual aquaintences. Hire an attorney with instructions to open it and follow the instructions inside if you die or are crippled or brain injured or comatose or put in an institution by your loving family. The footage must clearly identify them and have a timestamp, I feel. You know... If you lay out my suspicions, cuz I realize they aren't yours, at least they know if they fuck with you in any way, they will probably be charged with several conspiracy type charges, if not the act itself.

Now if none of my worst case scenario fears for you are real...

You either try to become a part of their criminal i****tuous relationship, or you accept it by looking the other way, or you accept it by calm confrontation, or you divorce without saying anything or you divorce with confrontation or you stay and get your own boy toy, or you stay and try to get them to stop. That last one is the least likely successful. Or...

You DO take the offensive, gather your evidence, set up you dead man's trigger, let them know you have the trigger by showing them the footage of them getting it on, footage of the document outlining the instructions...
