The Wicked Witches told us from the beginning how it was going to be. They put another house on their property even though the well we shared couldn't support them and me too, but they won't buy me off of our well, and expect me to foot the bill for a new well or improvements like a reservoir tank by myself. They dug a huge hole in my yard, big enough it cost $150 to have it filled in with another neighbors "for hire" tractor service (cops wouldn't do anything because I had no photo proof they dug the trench, the hole going onto their property wasn't enough???). Tore down my "no trespassing" signs. They threw rocks at my dogs after they threw sticks and played with them. Then threw house garbage in their fire pit, and called animal control when my little pup went over and ate and rolled in it, they said my dogs were menacing them and were constantly on their property (they're usually in the house or in the kennel). Yes, they had been on their property, before they moved in they had run of both properties, the previous neighbors had dogs and all of them played, slept and ate together. When the new neighbors moved in we did everything we could to keep the dogs off their property, in spite of them encouraging them to come over. Their unknown number of male cats piss all over my cars and come into the garage and piss in there too, the scratches from their feet have ruined the new paint on one of the cars because I forgot to put the car cover on it when I parked it. Their cats crapped so much in my greenhouse (which of course is enclosed) that it ruined truckloads of sand and potting mix. They burnt my sons chicken, she was ok though. I went onto their property to get one of the chickens and they called the sheriff and tried to have me arrested for trespass. I hope they enjoy that rooster, he lives right next to their houses now and crows all morning, even before sunrise, he may be the loudest bird I have ever heard. They bought a halogen work light, a 2500W deal, and they shine it right on our house from dusk to dawn. They've shot at our dogs with pellet guns. They've shot at our property with paint balls too, one hit my friends brand new Buell, I was afraid he would go ballistic. The women yelled profanity at me and called me strings of interesting names (strangely I find that funny). Even their children have been employed to make fun of my kids, mine are not allowed to reply and I hope my kids are remaining as calm and aloof as they claim. They've even taken tons of pictures of my property, friends and family, then the ones they find controversial they send to the county and complain, then the county comes out here and has to do another report, this is costing tax payers money, everytime! Heck, they even called children's services and told them I was abusing my 10 year old son because he came home alone for 1 ½ hours after school with 3 large dogs, a home alarm and a neighbor who was "keeping an eye" out for him. They drive on my grass instead of our 20' wide shared driveway (a 2 lane road averages 24 feet). They water so much they run the well dry and then laugh at us when we try and get water.
But all of this is my fault because I contested them using the water so much and the digging on my property without my permission (I would have given it, and an easement for use too, if they'd asked, but I'm sure glad I didn't now!). It just really sucks being under constant scrutiny of your neighbors. I don't like being videotaped or photographed for family stuff, much less when I'm riding the lawnmower in circles with my hair frizzed out like Medusa. I really don't like being laughed at and called fat-a**, I'm sensitive about my size 22 rear, it really is big, but sheesh hers is almost as wide too! I've had to get an attorney; he is super expensive, but I can't deal with either of them, they scream and freak out at me, like I'm trying to hurt them or rip them off. The boyfriend scares me to death too. I don't want my teenage daughter out there, he stares at her, and I've seen him take pictures too. The cops won't even touch that! When I come home from work I get sick to my stomach, because I never know what kind of crap will be waiting for me when I get home, huge burnouts in the grass, dead/poisoned/shot animals, children services, cops, county ordinance, and the list of crap they've done to me goes on and on and on. etcetera. I pray, I drink, I pop pills. That works pretty good. Just kidding, I just keep letting themselves dig a deeper hole and hope someday they will fall into it. I'm sure I'm no Princess to live next to either, but at least I've done everything I can to fix the problems, they've only exacerbated them.
