Bi-Sexual Male / 36
Me Too
This is in response to That Would Be nice.
I know how you feel James, and I think that there are a lots of guys out there who feel just as you do. I am certainly one of them. I suppose that you would call it bisexual since it’s not actually what people would consider to be gay, although that term is a bit ambiguous.
When I was younger I had several what you might call bisexual experiences with friends, and none of us considered ourselves to be gay. I never felt an attraction toward other guys. As you described, enjoyed the maleness of it and I was able to be relaxed about that and appreciate and enjoy that aspect.
Then when I was in my twenties, I had what you might call a male affair with a friend who was like me, and did not think of himself as being gay, either. The two of us took turns having intercourse with each other and we thoroughly enjoyed that. Then, as in your case, we went our separate ways with work. But it was really the best six months of my life that I enjoyed thoroughly. It was easy, uncomplicated and not serious by any means. Still, I really got to like that.
Since then I haven’t found any opportunities to enjoy that again. Yes, there are lots gay guys out there, but as you said, there are problems with that. They are gay and not “bisexual” and there is a big difference. I find myself wishing that it was easier for guys like myself to meet, and actually you and I sound like we would be a good match. So in some ways that does give me hope.
For the present I will just go along and hope that an opportunity might present itself with a friend.
