So many problems...where to start...She's a fake, a thief, a lying piece of human waste. She's the type of troublemaker that likes to stir up a mess and act like she's had no part in it. It started when she "scammed" her boyfriend that was moving back to Holland out of his house. (He was a dope, lost about 50k in the deal) She was caught stealing at the local supermarket and banded from coming back. She was the Treasurer of the middle school PTO and was asked to step down because money was missing. She refused to turn over the books, it took a special meeting and the superintendant of schools to pry them out of her hands. She constantly is selling "raffle tickets" to unsuspecting people for items she claims she is donating to charity. (the help D.R.L. buy a new SUV fund)She was banned from entering the elementry school because she snuck in a side door by the cafe and harrassed a little kid having his lunch because the boy had words with her kid. We live on a private road and she refused to pay her association fee for almost a year. Claimed she didn't know we had an association. We had to contact our attorney and make her pay - she did this twice. Both times she sleazed out of paying the late fees. Why do I know this? Because I'm on the Board of Directors and this is where my problems started with her.I am the one that sends out the late notices. I send out the same, polite notice to any homeowner that is past due. The first letter is a "friendly reminder" the second, more serious. The third, if it still hasn't been paid, explains that if the bill isn't paid it goes to our attorney for collection. Since I am the bearer of bad news she started harfassing me. Questioning everything I did as treasuruer and on Easter Sunday of 2005, she walked house to house with a petition to have me removed from the board of which I have been on for six years. On Easter Sunday her and this other bitch knocked on doors and spread ugly rumors about me, and the other trusrees. Because our Trust states that "with 11 signatures, a trustee can be removed at any time" we had to have a meeting and this slanderous piece of crap sat there with a smile on her face and my neighbors had to vote to keep or release me. Needless to say, the only homeowners that backed her were the ones that have had payment problems. She lost. I won. (35-5)She had me put through the ringer for no other reason than she wants to fuck with me and ruin my standing as a Trustee. She's still trying to screw with me. She's very cagey. If my kids (age 8 and 13) are walking down our street, she speeds by them and scafres them. I want to kick her ass sooooo bad and I can't. How can I mess with her? I need some creative help here. I ran her credit report, she's defaulted on loans, but nothing that would be good to pass along to the rest of the neighborhood. Since she has so much time on her hands to harass me, what can I do to keep her busy and make everyone see the true asshole, worthless, ugly piece of human waste that she is? I need something that will finally shut her up once and for all. Please help!
