I have a neighbor that seems to be unable to deaf, who therefore does everything twice as loud as a normal person. The ironic thing is he is a music conductor, so Iguess he can't be deaf. Firstly, he leaves his alarm clock on for 2 hours while he's out for 5 or 6 times already. Leaves his TV on at blasting volume for I don't know how many time. It was so loud that I can hear it even with earplugs in my ears. He has a piano that he TRIES to play every morning at 8 or so. He blasts music and instant messaging notification noises from his computer speakers. The way he talks on the cell phone is so loud that when he is on it, I can hear not only him, but also the person that he is talking to. He would snooze his alarm from 6 to 8 every morning several months ago. There are so many things that I would like to confront him about that I don't even know how to talk to him anymore.
