I think WE the people with shitty neighbors should band together!! If someone will fuck with my neighbor, I will fuck with theirs.. I.E. Late night phone calls, nasty letters sent from out of State and so on.
We would need to find a way to do it so nobody could be traced back, and to remain anonymous, If anybody has any ideas PLEASE POST.
