your neighbor is doing this on purpose. I have one just like her except she isn't thin and thinks shes a real bad ass.We live inbetween to hags. When I walk out the door Its only seconds before our neighbors do and they follow us asking what we are doing.we put up a fence on our property to keep them out. They have a deck that looks over our yard so they still keep tabs.They are just jelous sheep.Today the two hags got together and called the cops because there were walnuts from our tree in the water way.Its crazy they walk around with gas in a cup and start the ditch line on fire right behind our property.another neighbor waits till its dark then burns plastic shit he brings home from work.You can't even go outside when they do this because the stench gets in your throat.Nasty jerks always looking for somethink to bitch about.
