Seriously, What Is It With Young Women?

A couple of years ago, the young "lady" across the street was apparently coming into her sexuality. For an entire summer, every day that I came home from work, I would hear a knock on the window across the street, and more than once, I caught her naked and jumping away to keep from being caught. Okay, daring girl getting off on the risk of exposure.

Last year, a friend's daughter in very loose shorts, about the same age, sat in a chair several feet away from me, waving her legs open and closed while staring at me very intently. She wanted me to look.

Now, last week, different girl, same details, leaned back in her chair to text on her phone, with her feet in the chair as she opened and closed her legs, and got up and left in disgust when I turned away from her.

Is this fucking normal?!?!
