Hmmm.......sounds like we live in the same neighbohood. Try this one.... My neighobrs like to host parties that don't even begin until 9 or 10 pm at night, and have about 100 people over in about a 1200 square foot house, and have a live DJ screaming into a microphone all night. Then around 1:30 am...well, that's when the live (crappiest I've ever heard) mariachi band shows up. And his is NOT a one time thing! it's a regular occurance.
