I Don't Know What To Say, In The Middle Of A No Win Situation

I'm in an inappropriate sexual relationship with a married man. I can't walk away, I'm putty in his hands, I do my best not to make his wife angry but she's got a short fuse with me. All that and now I've crossed a the line with my direct report.

She is only 21, from the time she came to work for me she been a clinger, always texting, calling, coming to my office, hanging out with me after work, coming over to my house. She knows about me and John and wants the gory details, blow by blow, mount and dismount, stroke by stroke, vicariously getting fucked herself.

Then we are watching tv, she's cuddled up tight beside me, we start talking about her Dad. I asked one too many questions and she teared up with the famous line 'you don't understand'. I held her to me and told her I wanted her to let it out she was safe with me. She told me of when she was 12 and he had sex with her, complete penetration and ejaculation. She didn't conceive but that's why her parents divorced.

I responded by holding her tight to me, rocking her in my arms, kissing her over and over, until her lips were aligned with mine and I kissed her and put my hand on her breast and pushed her on her back and had out and out girl sex with her, including down there. She spent the night with me, getting me to promise not to tell, making live with her again after our shower in the morning.

I am not a lesbian, a 1st class fool yes, but not a lesbian, but she is, no doubt about it now. Between an affair with my boss, and making love with my subordinate I've crossed the line both ways. If I could take it back I would, she is beyond lost in this, all she wants is to held, kissed and hugged and made love to and staying all night. My boss gave me a man boss chewing out, I didn't settle down till he gave me sex.

I feel bad, confused, my heart is torn with her, not holding her hurts more than I can explain. And my boss? God, if only I could explain that, ten years of loving him.

Hi Foolish, do you pick up every wounded bird from the side of the street and try to save it? It's OK to have compassion for the wounded bird, great sex with a married guy, who will not leave his wife for you by the way. Interesting your relationship with your boss... any daddy issues going on?
Is this why you have empathy for the girl who was abused by daddy? Perhaps because of your own daddy issues, or does she remind you of the child you dont have that you want to protect?
Do you feel like you are living your life, the one you want for yourself?
