We live in a two family home in a middle class neighorhood. Most of our yard is seperated. My husband and I have the front yard and half of the back yard. The front is fenced off and is off limits to the nasty freaks upstairs. Well tonight I came home from a long day at work, then did laundry and groceries. By the time I got home it was well after dark...As I was bringing groceries up the front stoop, I heard something and felt like I was being watched. I saw something move in the darkness...it was my perverted 27 year old neighbor, watching me for about 5 minutes bring stuff from my car to the steps. He knows I am home alone tonight and wanted to scare the ever loving shit out of me.
It might not sound that bad but he is about 350 and looks like Fester. Not to mention he has been caught peeping into my windows before...I am not saying I am so hot or whatever...but he a pervert and a freak. I had to tell him 4 times last summer not to play with my cat through the screen off my porch. It may not sound like much to complain about but the guy just freaks me out and this is all accumulated from other incidents.
