I feel sorry for you, have very simular problems myself and the last result was the police serving these dickheads next to me with violence restraining orders last Saturday, plus removing the firearms from their house. Best thing you can do is report this to the police, just the threat alone is an act of violence and once a restraining order is in place the police have to remove all firearms. This is very similar to my situation, not only the ugly fat ass bitch next door threatened to kill my dog but also threatened to kill me.
1) How did you obtain the restraining order against your neighbor?
2) Can they actually shoot the dog if he accidentally went on their property?
