What’s That Floating

It was a typical morning, getting ready for work. I had a little extra time and feeling horny , So I grabbed some lotion and put in on my penis. I was getting nice and hard hard and smooth from just being shaved the night before. Feeling so good in my hand , stroking it faster and faster I came fairly quickly .
Wiped up and went to work. At work my boss told me to go to the clinic and get a DOT exam, no problem. I get there sign in and the nurse hands me a cup to pee in and shows me the bathroom to use. I go pee in the cup and notice there is residual sperm floating in the cup from my earlier jerk off session. Thinking I can’t hand her that cup with sperm floating around, but because it’s a DOT clinic the toilet and sink are sealed so that you can’t cheat on your urine test.
I had no choice but hand her the cup of pee and sperm. I wonder what she was thinking.
