Boss - Unexpected Meeting

I began working at this one job and it was 2 months into it when this occurred.

I was working on this one project and it was end of day. They have a fitness room at the company which I regularly use after work and am usually the only one who does. I completed my workout and when I finished I went to use the showers. I am showering and my boss shows up and is standing at the entrance to the showers asking for an update on the project. I was naked and they were clothed. I told them I would finish my shower, get dressed and see them. They said we can just talk now about it as all they wanted was a quick update. They must have sensed I was uncomfortable with them seeing me naked and told me there was no reason being modest around them. They went on to say they have seen many guys naked and to just continue showering as we talk.

I was a new employee and didn't want to cause any issues as this point since it took a while get this job. I decided to just suck it up and shower as we talked. I was lathering myself up and shampooing my hair while being watched the whole time. I figured they were enjoying this. I was a little embarrased when I soaped up my privates and started getting an erection which became very large and noticable. I finally was finished went to towel off and get dressed. When I began dressing they said we can talk more tomorrow and left.

The one thing I didn't mention yet is that my boss is a 57 year old woman.
