Hi there! Not all Black people talk Loud, listens to rap or own pit bulls. All race of people have their "upper" class and the "low" class communities. I think perhaps its just the area where you live (the wrong one). I am assuming you are living in a "lower" class community due to the lifestyles of your neighbors as you described. I bet if you were living in a "upper" scale area among the "upper" scale Black, white, etc. you might not have this problem.
My Advice: It seems perhaps you can't do any better yourself, so you should consider moving out of that area and try the nearest Trailer park where you can be around your own kind.

PS... I forgot to mention, If a Trailer park does not apply to you then find the area where the Low-class people of your race dwells so you can fit on in.

I'm tired of people saying that whenever someone complains about black people, they're racist. I lived in a decent neighborhood, but let me tell you, when blacks started moving in, the place went to hell. I wish it wasn't true, but it happened. Loud music, kids in the street not moving out of the way of cars even though they have perfectly good yards to play in, lawns going to pot, break-ins....I'm sorry, but sometimes you can't deny what you see.
