It is easiest if you start out with gender neutral clothes that are kind of revealing. Crop tops, short shorts, that kind of thing.
Wearing lingerie under your clothes is the perfect way to experiment with your feminine side and which aesthetics you like. To start with makeup, you are going to want these things: light facial moisturizer (clean and clear watermelon facial gel is the best), consealer, liquid foundation, make up sponges, makeup wipes (I use burts bees). Pick consealer and foundation that matches your skin tone, general rule is the back of your hand I believe. Wipe off and then moisturize your face, let it dry. The put the consealer on any blemishes and let it sit for a few minutes and warm up to your skin. Blend it in. Then put foundation on your sponge, apply that to the skin on your face and at the base of your face where it meets your neck. Always apply foundation using an in to our motion (always start closer to the center of your face and go to the outside, tutorials can show you). After you got all that on, you can do lip stick, eye shadow, eye liner, glitter, mascara, anything you want. I don't do fake lashes, but those are very common right now and you may be interested in looking into it.
After you've experimented with that, skirts are easily incorporated. Skirts can be worn with anything you'd wear pants with. When you develop a personal sense of style you can decide on if you want dresses and what kind of dresses and skirts you want to wear.
You should wear clothes that fit your body well. If you have nice legs, wear short skirts and dresses (skater cut is great). If you have a nice ass, wear something right fit and experiment with body con and cheeky clothes. If you have nice shoulders, try some cold shoulders or revealing tops. If you are a little bigger, try an empire waist. Just highlight your goods.
