Although I can't agree that more than half of housewives will do the nasty with their builder, as a builder myself I can attest to the fact that a reasonably high percentage of them will, and do. When it happens, they're often willing to do things with me that they've never done with their husbands. It seems like once they're crossed over that line into cheating, the door is pushed open for them to explore things they've only read about or fantasized about. That's based on my own personal experience.
