Women Aren't Suitable For All Jobs
As a senior analyst in my department I applied for a job which represented a promotion. But in logistics. When I interviewed the hiring manager asked me to take a good hard look between my legs sand let him know if I had the balls for the job. I told him I didn't have balls but I had skills. His answer was no balls, don't apply.
I'm a manager of a large corporate HR department. When I evaluate candidates I first look at natural aptitudes, for many jobs in our company either you have the balls for the job or you don't. I steer women away from those jobs. That supervisor was right, not all jobs are suitable for everyone. It's a disservice to the employee and to the company to promote a wrong fit.
Plenty of gender neutral jobs in finance, but not on the floor.
