Too Much Anal, Still Having Problems

My male cousin and I used to have sex, anal sex. It started in our mid teens, we would get excited and wanted to have sex but were too afraid of my getting pregnant, and I still didn't want to give it up yet. We did some oral, and that led to anal. We did a lot of anal sex, I couldn't get pregnant I could rub my self to get off or he would, and eventually I actually didn't need rubbing, I could orgasm from the anal. We lived in the same building, went to the same school, were together all the time, and that wasn't the problem. We would strip and get oral or mostly anal sex several times a day.

I didn't attribute things that change to that, but I was constantly having loose stools, and after a year or so I couldn't keep it in, when I had to go. . . I had to go! I realize now it was probably due to anal sex and his sperm shot inside me (loosening my bowels like some natural lubricant shot up me). We were doing it three times a day usually, up to 7 days a week. We did that until I finally went on the pill at 19 and let him fuck me. He still did anal with my consent about 5 to 8 times a week.

He moved to another city to finish school, and when he came home this summer I got all loose stools again. I knew why! That does go away, and I have a boyfriend with whom I have sex, but when my cousin is around I know we're going to have sex. Even though the loose stools subside once he's not fucking me so much, I still can't hold it in after all these years of so much anal, I really think that is the culprit. I'm NOT going to the docs to ask him or her about it and let them see me all stretched out back there.
