I bought this house in an old neighborhood in the middle of winter. By next spring the snow all melted and all my neighbors garbage started appearing. Since the idiots kids tore down the cheap fence that separated our yards, I continue to pick up paper plates, pickle jars, curtain rods, you name it that overflows from their lawn into mine. This year he has mowed his "grass/weeds" once. Whats the point? They have about 6 kids. Babies to preteens. One time they came across a dented up cheap above the ground pool. So at 4 in the morning its not unusual to find their 2 toddlers splashing and screaming away. If their babies arent in the pool they are rolling around in the street. The parents are classic. Everytime I leave for work or water the plants or do some kind of outdoor activity with my kids, they are always out smoking and talking on the cell phone complaining about me! My dad and I tore out our old porch and built a new one. My dad is a union carpenter and knows what he is doing, so do I I've built a few decks. While we were finishing up, Billy Bob yaks away on his phone saying...It dont look up to code....classic.

I know how that goes, the neigborhood "day car house" constantly has kids playing smack in the middle of a busy street-I almost hit one while she was learning how to rollerblade and, yup, there was her guardian on the corner watching. She didn't say a word, just gave me a look...
