I think my neighbors are from hell. And as a result of everthing I've been through since they have moved here; I wish I had money to move and buy a new home in another area. Let me tell you about my neighbors. First, when I bought my twin home, nobody lived into the adjoined twin. It was quiet, peaceful. No problem parking or anything. When I bought my home I did some landscaping in the front, added hedges to keep my neighbor on the right kids out of my yard because they were wearing down the grass and killing it. The mother allowed her kids to do whatever. However the mother always asked me about how I grew my plants so pretty. Also, she complimented me on what I did to the house saying the house never looked so good. Then her and I had a problem one day. Her and her kids dug into the back of my yard and I had this big hole. It happened because she was trying to put in a basketball court for her boys. Well she destroyed my property in the process so I contacted the city on her after I had asked her several times to fill in the hole. Well because of that there was a distance between us from then on. Then food, trash, rocks, and all kinds of things started ending up in my garden out back. Oh, I forgot to tell you this neighbor tried to copy everything I did on the outside of my home in regards to gardening and hanging flowers. Anyway, I could never catch anybody in the act so there was nothing I could do about it. That's neighbor number 1. Then neighbor number 2 moves in to the attached home to mine. That's my neighbor on the left. Well, when they move in, all hell breaks lose. They are friends with my neighbor on the right. Anyway neighbor 1 owns her home like I and neighbor 2 rents, live with husband and kids and is on section 8, husband use to sell drugs but now I think he has stopped. But he also sells clothes on the side along with having a job he just got. Wife just started working too. Well neighbor 2 wanted me to help her start a garden (flower) in the front yard as I have. I helped her. I did all the work. I dug laid the plastic, dug the holes for the plants, planted them, put the mulch over them and it looked lovely. How come after doing that, my hanging plants and flowers in my garden front and back yard were being destroyed. A big Hershey candy bar was put in my hanging flowers with pieces of raw fish. It spelled like clorox was also poured in hanging plants and garden areas. All plants starting dying. I was so hurt. I never had problems with growing or caring for flowers or my gardens. Then neighbor 2 started having contstant visitors, music being played loud, kids hanging out front. I called the police a few times and they were told about the noise. Then, I would come home from work with nowhere to park because they would have parked in front of my home and being that it's a public street,nothing could be done about it. I can't do anything about my dead flowers because I can't prove who did it. Now, I don't even sit out on my porch because I hate my neighbors because of what has been done to my property. I just want to move. I bought a inexpensive surveillance camera but I have to find some videos that can be recorded on for 24 hrs so I can tape anything that may occur on my property. This is crazy having to live this way. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've never dealt with jealous, inconsiderate, noncaring, noisy, loud, disrespectful neighbors before. This is a first for me. Please can someone help?
