They keep tampering with my ornaments and lawn decorations I have in my yard and my alndscaping lights. They literally took two of them out the ground and destroyed them and through them back in my yard. Not only that, they throw trash in my yard as well. I'm so fucking sick of this shit. It's being done in the wee hours of the morning. I can't stay up and watch because I have to work in the morning. They are jealous of my yard so they have their children destroy my property.

you could set up hidden cameras if it is them you have proof to take to court.

I have a camera I purchased from radio shack but it doesn't see well in the dark. I put my porch light on and it's a big glare. I don't have money to buy anything expensive. So what would you suggest I do?

there must be a camera with infra red or made for nocturnal adventures.Probably on the expensive side though but would be worth it if one had to keep replacing stuff that is being damaged by shitty neighboors.

The principal of the school should be notified about your children being beaten up. If they don't listen, go to the school board. Notify the police right away about any assault or vandalism. They often don't do anything right away, but you should have it documented.
There is an infrared camera that takes photos at night. Unfortunately it is expensive. You can "bait" the vandals by putting up an attractive ornament on your lawn, then lay in wait with a camera that has a flash.
There's a very cool item available that senses movement, then turns a spray of water on the offenders. You can get it on Amazon.com

Oooops wrong post about the kids being beaten up. But the documenting still applies.
