The nasty old bitch next door is a threat to anyone on the road. She staggers around like a zombie. I think she's on meds for her schizophrenia or whatever psychotic issue she has that makes her yell at the neighbors because she thinks spies are after her. She's so fat and unhealthy that she looks like a plum on toothpicks. She glides slowly around her driveway in slippers and bathrobe in the middle of the afternoon, stumbling on molecules. Her arms hang limply at her squishy bulging sides, her eyebrows painted on at different heights and her decades-old red lipstick giving her a ghoulishly un-dead appearance. Her family helps her into her car since she's so stiff. Then she drives off. Slowly. On. The. Wrong. Side. Of. The. Road. While she stares slack-jawed with her dark sunken eyes into the windows of the houses as she drives past. Apparently it's catching up with her since she came home recently with a huge dent in her expensive new car. She had someone come over and fix it in her garage right away so no one could find her and collect for the damage she caused to their car. I'm sure it was a hit and run by the furtive looks and sense of urgency she had. Her gliding was faster than usual, and her uneven eyebrows were caught into a strange "V" shape. She was whining and babbling.
If she can't walk straight, get into the car by herself, keep her eyes on the road or take responsibility for her hit-and-runs, why is she allowed to drive?
If I knew whose car she hit, I'd be on the phone to the police. But without a known victim, I can't do anything about it. One of these days she's going to jump the curb and run down some people like what you see in the news. I think everyone in her family are criminals since they allow her to keep driving.

Boy, would I hate to live next door to you; you sound like a right unsympathetic bitch. This woman has issues, she sounds mentally ill - where is your sympathy???? It's no wonder there is so much hatred in the world with people like you around

I'm glad you don't live next to me if you think that a person who potentially will kill other drivers or pedestrians -including children in the neighborhood- should be driving. This woman is 80+ years old and has plenty of family members who can take her to where she needs to go. The fact that she's already had a hit-and-run illustrates what will inevitably will occur.
Perhaps you are the kind that pounds down a few beers and thinks it's OK to get behind the wheel. If so, stay out of my neighborhood. Am I an unsympathetic bitch? Hell yeah! I've lost several friends, a neighbor child and one family member in accidents because of idiots that should never have access to keys to a vehicle.

Just because the neighbor has issues doesn't give her the right to drive. Just like if a person is a troll doesn't give him the right to post on this site.

If you see her get behind the wheel drunk, it's perfectly reasonable to call the police and say you say a drunk driver on the road by your house. If you describe the car and part of the license plate number, that will be enough for them to watch for her and you can still claim you didn't know it was your neighbor.

Your neighbor is a walking (rolling?) time bomb. Get her license plate number and the color, make and model of her car and write to your state motor vehicle department, Tell them what you posted here. They will order her to come in and get her eyes checked and take a driver's test. if she fails--as she almost certainly will--they'll revoke her license.
