Instead of picking it up, my next door neighbor dumps her leaves, grass clippings and other gardening material on our property. If she finds trash, she hucks it into my yard. She also sweeps the dirt she finds in her curb UPHILL into a pile in front of my house. She does this at least once a week. After I made sure who was doing this, I caught her in her front yard and asked her politely not to do it anymore. It enraged her, and she said that she hates our yard and me and that the clippings are an improvement! I used to clean up after her myself, but I have recently had surgery and cannot do it anymore and hired a gardener. Our yard is professionally landscaped and is trimmed and swept weekly. The gardener spends at least 15 minutes at each visit cleaning up the spitefully thrown trash and clippings and sweeping not only our curb, but the mean neighbor's. I don't know what else to do. What should I do about this nasty neighbor?
