my neighbor bitches at me every time I walk my dog outside. She is probably 20 years old her parents pay for her school her apartment and im sure food for her precious little rat. she says my dog is going to bite someone and that she can see it in her eyes. my dog plays with 2 year old children, she goes to the dog park daily she is only interested in smelling her dog b/c she doesnt understand why our neighbor keeps and ugly little bug eyed rat on a leash.
