I got online trying to find evil things to do to my neighbors and instead found this site. Hopefully venting will help me get thru the Holidays. We live in a very nice neighborhood, but 3 years ago our neighbor had to move and couldn't sell his house, so instead he leased it out.

The first bunch of idiots decided to park their 18 wheel semi truck in the yard. There is nothing worse than paying $200,000 for a house and having to look out your front window and see a semi truck. Luckily I bitched enough that they had to park it somewhere else and then they moved.

The most recent occupants are my worse nightmare. You would think with a lease payment of $1,500 that most white trash families couldn't afford it. WRONG! For the last year and half we've had the "Stripper Neighbor" living next door. She had four kids and of course, no husband. These kids are always getting kicked out of school, kicked off the bus, running wild thru the neighborhood with absolutely no supervision. She shows up at school functions to pick them up in her "working" clothes. I came home from work one day and found them jumping off their 2nd story roof onto a trampoline! They had most of the neighborhood kids over there, too. In the summer, they never mow. Now the oldest kid has a band that practices at their house. Drums pounding all the time. They have 3 wiennie dogs who come into my yard and bark at me!

I am at my wits end with these people. The owner doesn't care because she pays him 2 months in advance and he's not living by them. Somebody needs to go, it's either us or them. Does anyone have any suggestions?

200,000 or a 1500 monthly rental these days for a house is cheep, no wonder your getting trash in there.
1. Buy the house and run it as a rental yourself. Rough numbers; you should be able to get 4% a yr plus the appreciation if you could buy it 10% down.
2. Check local codes. Any decent neighborhood would never allowed that truck. Kids running wild unsupervised, there should be laws re: that depending on their ages.
3. Dogs. I'm sure there are laws about them, buy yourself a video cam for the police and finally the judge.
4. Rent yours out and move to a neighborhood with more laws. My town has laws you would love, and they do enforce them; course you would have to lay out minimum of 700,000.
