This ugly black fat ass bitch that lives next to me is a pain in the ass, she is a crazy SOB and has two retarded sons. Once my beautiful dog pooped in their yard and they called the police over for a dog poop (my dog never pooped in her yard again!) then one day I was walking my dog and the ugly fat ass bitch stood outside of her ugly yard and started cursing at me with horrible words and then stopped me from crossing the street because this SOB wanted to pick up a fight with me. It was horrible and I want to get a restraining order against her because she treatened to kill me. Any suggestions???

Keep a diary of the problems you have with her. Keep video logs if at all possible. With a history of verbal abuse, and better yet tape of it, it should be easy to get a restraining order. You should talk to a local lawyer and/or sympathetic police officer. They can advise you on local custom and process.

Read through the replies in this section. A lot of people have suggested items to do for "revenge" if the system fails.
My favorite was the person that put dog shit on the house door handle, and under the car door handle.
That was funny!
Seriously, I agree with the last post- video & audio evidence is what will make your case.

When you walk the dog,carry a Louisville Slugger with you and don't be afraid to use it if she threatens you again. Aim for the kneecaps and put her on the ground.You have to demand respect from people like her.

I would be upset and concerned if I was in your situation as well. However, was it really nessasary for you to mention she was an "ugly BLACK fat" whatever? That concerns me about you. Just by that comment you made,it makes me wonder if you provoked this situation in some way. If she was ugly, fat and white would you have gotton along with her a little better??? hmmm something to think about...

Back to the original post, why did your dog take a crap on her lawn? Doesn't she have a right not to have dog crap on her lawn? Would you like it if someone's dog took a crap on your lawn? True she might have handled it better, it sounds like if she had said "don't let him crap on my lawn again" to you, you would have apologized and not let him do it again, however, it is her right to call the police when something has happened too, or on her property. Now, if she is threatening you, assuming that you never had it out with her after she called the police, well call the police on her.
