I can't think of any likely reason why she'd tell you about those dreams unless she was baiting you into actually making them come true in reality, so why not give it a shot? Start a conversation with her, then bring up the topic of her dreams, and "reluctantly confess" to her you've started having similar dreams yourself. At that point, tell her you've been having frequent very arousing thoughts of making them come true in reality. If she doesn't take the bait at that point and tell you she's been having similar thoughts, I'd just flat out ask her if she has. She might deny it at first, but keep the conversation going on that point, and I'd be very surprised it didn't lead to you getting in her pants.
