I read a lot of complaints about neighbors...here's some hints for subtle revenge:

1) If they have kids, call (from a payphone) DCFS and tell them the neighbors are abusing the kids.

2) Call the cops and report drug/ prostitution activity.

3) If you know they will be traveling by airplane, call airport security with a good description, flight destination, etc. Report that they are carrying large sums of money in false bottom suitcases. Or hiding drugs "in their body." Nothing like a thorough strip search to ruin a vacation.

4) Get an "Adult" personal newspaper for your area. Place an ad in your neighbor's name for some really kinky activity.

5) If you can access the service panel in the basement, shut off power to their apartment. Or shut off the water.

6) Call the Mormons or Jehovah's Witness's, give your neighbor's name, and ask if they can come out and talk to you about God & Salvation.

7) If they leave their car unlocked, put a dead fish under the seat. In winter time, put Lindburgher cheese on the intake manifold.

8) Rub cat or dog crap on their door handles.

9) Eat nasty food, and puke on their door step.

10) Throw a small get together, invite the neighbors. Use chocolate ex-lax for chocolate chip cookies. Make sure your friends know not to eat them, only your neighbor...

Any combination of these, used every so often, will help put a smile on your face when they're pissing you off.

There is, of course, always the prospect of being caught. Observed by the "mark" or some other neighbour. A postman. A newspaper delivery person. An elderly person awake at odd hours. Or, if you dealing with a perceptive "mark" you can always be detected. Sometimes even if you are suspected of such behaviour you open yourself up to similar treatment or worse. If you end up causing some actual property damage you can end up being heavily fined, possible jail time and replacing whatever you have wrecked. If you cause some physical injury your "mark" is gonna ride you and your income like a dime-store pony. And for a long time. We all have choices to make in life. Choose wisely and be ready for the consequences.

Most Offices of Social Services will not respond to annonymous "tips". If you don't check out you will be ignored.

I like th3ese suggestions they are good if you're a teen. but as an Adult and a homeowner Im liable for lawsuits.

the key here as someone replied is Do Not Make Any Physical Contact to Property or Person.

Do not make Phone Calls from your cell or home

Do not mail shit from your own house (Duh)

Do not use your handwritting.

So that leaves a small ammount of options. Which i am looking for. Please think of better ideas for the adult to do without contact. And the last thing I want to do is get others involved. Because when you have a problem with them then you may have a witness to a crime.

That one is not funny! (Reporting false child abuse). I love to think about revenge too, however I don't fulfill it, just the thought helps me coop at times and I feel better for a while. But reporting false child abuse, I won't advise anyone to go there.

No Child Abuse reports. That stuff hurts the kids, especially if they are taken from home. Come on, lets draw the line party people. But, the fish one sounds foul enough to do, Thanks....
