I have to write this out of sheer anger, disgust and the suprise at some people's nerve. I've lived in my apartment complex for about a year and a half now. The problem is I have these idiots for neighbors under me. Mind you they bang loudly all hours of the day, they curse each other scream etc.... and the list goes on. The worst part of it is that there are six of them in a one bedroom. The problems started however when one night I was having sex in my bedroom, my bed is pretty loud granted but for the most part I'm pretty quiet. Do you believe these assholes had the nerve to bang on the wall?!!! But oh...it gets better. Later on in the year my girlfriend moved in with me now mind you, this is a lesbian relationship but fuck who cares. I would like to say that their disdain is simply over the fact that we are lesbians but before my girlfriend even moved in with me they've had some sort of issue with me. Never had they had the nerve to say anything to my face, but instead I know they talk shit on us because it's gotten to the point where their child is beginning to think its okay to made comments and stare when I come out of my apartment. I'm at the point where I know a fight is in the makings. These people walk by without so much as an aknowledgement. One time when my girl and I were arguing they even had the nerve to say shut up that damn noise and on another occasion on a weekend they complained to the manager about my music!!! I'm way to through with the situation. My next step is confrontation. Fuck it!!!

Report them to the landlord and your local housing authority. They can't have 6 people in one apartment. I bet they will force them to move, or take their kids. Payback is a bitch. Good luck.

Oh yeah!!! Thank you soooooooooo much. I will do just that.
But do I just call them up and say there are six people in a one bedroom? How do I go about explaining this.

#1 Don't call from home/work or use your cell. Use a pay phone.

#2 Don't give your name or say you are the neighbor. Say you are a concerned acquaintance.

#3 Explain that you are "very concerned about the children and think they might be neglected."
