I dont like messing with my neighbors based on my christian upbringing. But then again Im no saint. and This neighbor has in my opinion put my families life at risk several times by instigating fights with some real low lifes unto myself.

One day i told her i was angry at my next door neighbor over an oil spill.. she told that persons biker friend who then confronted me.

Before that I said something about the gang banger type kids who hung out in a park next door to me. When i left the house my wife called my cell phone and told me that she was over in the park telling them something and they were pointing at my house.

I think Payback is now in order. I heard a good thing to do to someone is Call the police all the time on them and say they are playing music to loud. But that doesnt work.

Then someone told me to get on the internet and fill out forms for everything free. Mainly religous groups like Scientology. But they log your IP. So now im thinking of going into magazines in the stores and stealing as many inserts as possible and filling those out with a type writter.

Can you guys please give me advice for something other then blowing their heads off or something lame like tamper with their car or throw chickens over their fences. I dont want any physical contact. that just leads to a lawsuit. I need to do things I know I can get away with. perhaps I will annoy them enough to move.

And for the record. Not only is she ugly and fat and an instigator. but this is a nice subdivision and she is the onlyone on the block with eggs stains on her wall and weeds growing in her over sized front yard. and they have junk piled in their garage that it often spill all over the drive way every time they open their garage door. they have to park their crappy old cars on the streets.

You can still internet - use an anonymous server. Go to any search engine and type in anonymous e- mail.

Typing in sign up cards would work. I do like the other person's suggestion about asking the Jehovah's witness or Mormon's to contact your neighbor.

Good luck. It always seems that the trash get to stay, forcing the hard working people to move. More trash moves in, and the neighborhood is in the shitter.

Another fun thing to do is to sign them up for extreme magazines (gay, fetish, etc.), you put their name on the subscription, but you use a neighbor's address, so that it looks like the subscription address was a typo. Then they get to live through the fun of having their neighbor bring them "Gay Bondage Magazine" to their door.

Perhaps your neighborhood has covenants which regulate landscaping and lot/home maintenance. If not, perhaps your neighbor is in violation of city ordinances governing issues such as weed control or particular health issues. Research it yourself, since municipalities vary on these problems. DO be prepared to have your identity known, as you will be called as a witness for the city in the trial that will certainly ensue when the defendant pleads innocent. On the problem of threats, someone calling you an asshole, for example, does not constitute something the police are going to do much about. It is sad, childish and tiresome and little else. However, if someone threatens you with imminent physical violence you are starting down a path that you can do something with, legally. Always try to make sure you have witnesses. AVOID nerdish, childish pranks. They almost always backfire and weaken whatever lawsuit you may otherwise be able to bring. Keep everything above board, and document everything. The truth shall set you free.

Well i said they had weeds. The dad works for the city as a landscape guy. Its funny because when i first met him I said "You work as a landscaper you should be doing some nice work in front of your house soon" his reply was "Im so tired of landscape work when i get home i never want to do it".

its basically him saying hes a lazy fuck. I bet hes a union city worker who sits and watches others work.

and his wife is a big fat moon pig. I like the gay mag idea. Ill put their name (Across the street) and the other asshole neighbors address. LOL

how do I pay for it? money order? last thing i can do is use my credit card.

Mail usually goes to the street address regardless of whose name is on it. Additionally, you might be setting yourself up for a charge of MAIL FRAUD. You should think this through before you follow up on your scheme.

If you know their phone number, fill out those little cards at the mall for "free vacations" and "free gym memberships". They'll have telemarketers calling them day and night for the next three years. LOL!

There are a lot of things you can do. If you know what phone service company they are using, then call up and add on a shitload of extra services and have the account password protected. Unless they have the password they cannot make any changes. Hell, call and get the service disconnected and say that your psycho roomate will probably try to call to hook it back up and they won't hook it back up---trust me, I've done it.
Call several companies, like contractors, mary kay, that kind of stuff and set up appointments for them to call come to that persons house at the same time. Not only will that person be pissed as hell, but they'll get alot of shit from the contractors and the contractors will see to it that this person's name is spread around to not do any business with them again.

Call the local health department and tell them you have reason to believe that the children/pets/elderly person occupying the home is in danger because of malnutrition, garbage not being taken out, feces all over the home---they'll show up there faster than flies on fresh shit.

Call the police department from a payphone across town from your house/apartment/dwelling and pretend to be the owner and report their car stolen. When they get in to drive anywhere and the police see them, they'll be arrested and have a bunch of red tape to sort out while they're in jail and their car is in impound.

Take magazines and cut out the letters and send threats to local politicians/government officials/the president with their return address. Won't they just love it when the secret service and FBI bust down their door.

Call the IRS and tell them you have reason to believe that this person/people, if you know their names, have been cheating/not paying/ is behind on their taxes. There's nothing like an audit to change someone's attitude.

Call the persons employer and ask when was the last time they saw the person, and when this person comes in could they please call the police immediately. Don't say why, just say this person is part of a police investigation and has been dodging the police/FBI/government for the past 3 weeks and has to be talked to. Won't it be hilarious as hell when they lose their job.

Take some of your mail, even if it's junk mail or whatever, and stash some of it in their mailbox (if you really want to go for true effect) and call the post office and accuse them of stealing your mail. Be sure to tell them about the package that Aunt Frida sent you from Kalamazoo that the UPS guy said they signed for and you never got because they stole it.

If you can get their social security number, which is widely available on the internet for a small price, go to a local hospital with some weird affliction/illness/injury and use their social and name and address on the admissions forms. When it's time to for them to get paid, they'll go after that person and the collection agencies will start to call demanding their money. The new telemarketer law can't stop the collection agency from calling because the agency is doing legitimate business.

That is all I can suggest for now. I take no responsibility for anything that may come back to slap you in the face. My best advice if you do any of these is don't tell anyone you are going to do it, plan it way in advance, and cover your tracks very well. ~~~Good Neighboor Crusader

Yuck, your neighbors suck. I feel for you. They sound like mine.

This is an ageold question. I'm still trying to think up good stuff that won't get us in trouble. I'll let you know if I come up with more but for now..invest in a good slingshot. Not a child's toy-but a real slingshot (go to a sporting goods store and check the huntin section).

Wait until 3 am any given night when you have insomnia and shoot ice cubes, superballs, acorns or other small objects at their house. The noise will startle them awake and worry them all night but there won't be evidence (such as eggs) that anyone was there. We do that to our neighbors from time to time and it wakes their dogs and keeps them barking for hours. Just shoot one...wait. Shoot another and wait. You don't want to overdo it-just slowly and randomly so right when they're going back to sleep there is another noise. Avoid windows or things that could break-you don't need police at your door but the noise it the kicker. You can also shoot a superball at their car if they have an alarm...repeatedly. Have fun, it's a riot.

You can also call the police at some other time and report you saw someone lurking around their house (and you can be dramatic and say they were near your house, too). The police will wake them up and ask questions, scaring the heck out of them.

When they have parties, that is a prime time for you to do loud lawn work. Get that trusty leafblower out and clear your entire yard of anything not nailed down. Time to power wash that siding, right? If they're outdoors trying to enjoy themselves, you have got to find something productive to do that is noisy, stirs up dust or is just plain annoying. Pounding nails relieves a lot of stress we have found. Pound on something that doesn't matter but makes a lot of noise. If they come over and ask you to quiet down, tell them their party is too loud and you've been considering calling the police with a complaint. They will turn around and walk home.
