Puberty

I just read an article in a men's health magazine that claimed that girls are now starting puberty as early as eight years old, and boys as early as ten years old. I didn't start puberty until I was twelve, so I find this difficult to believe. Have things really changed that much in forty years?

Its actually all the food and healthy lifestyle from not getting sick because of better health care. Kids are hitting weights that trigger puberty early than before.

Food is bad bad bad nowadays. I try to raise my kids with fruits and vegetables. I started puberty at 11 I think.

I am 53 and I started puberty back in the day when I was 7 years old. My parents thought something was wrong but the doctor said I was fine. I was the only boy in 2nd grade with pubes. Thanks to my brother everyone knew also.
