I've found you can find what you're looking for (whatever it may be) with a Pinterest account. You can find like-minded people and hook up via other chat apps or email. Beware crusaders and place-holders, easily recognized by their high follow list. Don't chat unless you're both followers, or Pinterest will boot you.
