Abject Lesson Learned

Last night at dinner, two couples, the conversation about the current situation in the Ukraine became front and center. There was a lot of misunderstanding on part of the women, preferring talk and 'diplomacy' as opposed to action. If only Putin understood how his reputation is suffering he will stop? Both men, both vets, took it down the opposite path. Check the SOB hard, so hard he can't get up.

Later that night my wife called me out for not wanting dialogue to be the center of efforts with Putin. At that moment I told her 'you are Ukraine and I'm Putin' and proceeded to force sex on her. She of course could not defend herself, had no choice but to accept her fate. Today she's reserved on her comments, only to observe she didn't like it, the sex yes, it's the control she didn't like. But she now understands that talk is cheap, only action matters. If you can't defend yourself you're fucked. And Ukraine is sailing alone, and Putin knows it. He's going to do what he wants. My wife now understands it.
