Not Your Usual Family
As a 7 year old my mother lost her job and we ended up having to move in with her sister and her husband. The first night we were there a fight broke out between my mother and her brother in law. My aunt took me to the room I was going to sleep with my mom. She left the door open to go and try and stop the fight. I saw my uncle grab my mom by the hair and march her into his bedroom.
