Male PO Watched My Wife Give Urine Sample

My wife is on probation for her 3rd DUI in a year. Last night her probation office came by for a surprise visit. Two officers, one male and the other female order her to the bathroom for a urine test.

She said the male officer stood in the doorway while the female officer was in front of her. She had to pull her pants and panties all the way down to her ankles and then sit on the toilet. The female officer watched her spread her legs and pee in the cup, all while the male officer stood to the side watching.

Then she had to sit there, without getting dressed while the female officer did the testing. When they were finished she said the male officer didn't take his eyes off her but watched her pull up her pants.

I didn't feel like this was normal, you would assume they had to be the same gender. My wife stated that the male office had tested her before alone at the PO office. Said she was required to go to a room and he watched her through a mirror.

Needless to say I was surprised and extremely turned on by the fact that someone else is ordering my wife to get naked. I also reached out to a lawyer friend who said that while this is a bad practice, but it wasn't against the rule here in South Carolina.

He went on to say that she was technically a prisoner and that they didn't need warrants or probably cause to search her person, car, house, phone etc. The idea that they could just come into our home and strip search my wife is super hot.
