You need to give a lot more detail here.

First, ages. How old was your sister when she had her kid? How old was she when her granddaughter was born? How old was your sister when you were born? How old was her granddaughter when you started dating her? How old were you?

Were you aware she was related to you when you started dating? Did it get sexual? If it did, were you her first?
