I Like This Guy But He Acts Weird.

I work with this guy, I like him he is handsome amd smart, before we worked together we dated, but he never tried touching me or kiss me,he even was at my hime and he stayed for 20 minutes at least, then he left, I don't know what is his deal, if he likes me or not, I think he is into me but sometimes he acts like a scared little virgin and he is almost 30.
I sometimes doubt that he was with a woman, we speak at work all the time and chat on social media, I wish I could find out what he really wants if he likes and desire me I can't ask him directly so I could need some advice.
When we first met he said that he didn't ever have a serious relationship, and I thought this was a little odd.
He acts odd sometimes, I don't know what is happening in that mind of his.
But I like him and would like to be with him and he acts so shy sometimes, I don't even know what to believe anymore....
