Some Unsolicited Advice For Wives

I'm going to take the liberty of speaking for all of us married older guys.

Wives, the stuff you do for us is very thoughtful. Taking care of the kids (I help and equally do my part), dealing with my Mom, maybe working, fixing meals (I do most of that), making me special desserts, keeping a house (I do my part too), all those great things you do, we would struggle without you.

I can tell you, all that aside, if you kept me happy in bed, kept things interesting, put forth some effort, I could care less about any of those other things. You could be an awful cook, keep a messy house, not work, but if you jumped my bones on a regular basis and enjoyed exploring fun, new sexual things with me I wouldn't give a rats ass about that other stuff. I would love and cherish you and treat you like a queen.

Sex and intimacy is what keeps couples tight and keeps eyes from wandering. I admit I had an affair, because I couldnt get the intimacy I craved at home. I know there are a million things to do pulling you in different directions, but our time needs to be near the top of your list.

You make time every week to talk 2-3 hours on the phone with your Mom and your Sister, but you dont have 30 minutes even once a week for us???

And you wonder why I stray? Its because someone shows me they want me. You never do. And do I wonder if you are getting it somewhere else? Of course.

And guys, this can apply to you too. Show your woman she is wanted. Or she'll find someone who will.

Anyone saying, well if you arent happy, just leave. Its not that simple when you have kids and dont want to wreck your family. I went through multiple divorces as a kid and it does affect you.

This wasnt a sex filled confession, just some truth.
