Wife's Friend And Mother

In my mid 40s, after 15 years of marriage that had a very off and on sex life, my wife said that I could have sex with another woman as long as she didn't know who it was. Since then I've had regular sex with her best friend, who is single, and her mother who is divorced. Wife thinks that I get occasional sex from women at work but she's got no idea that I get it from her friend and her mother. Her friend is often in our house and on one occasion gave me a quick hand-job while wife was out back. To be honest, I don't think that she would care about me having sex with her mother but she would hate the idea of me and her friend at it.
