If true, that makes you rather foolish. If not, you're a troll.
Considering I don't know what a troll is, I guess I'm just foolish.
Wikipedia explains it well:
An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial and usually irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the intention of baiting other users into an emotional response[1] or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion.

If you're truly abusing a substance in an effort to get a longterm liver disease, then you truly are foolish. Why not try something safer, like skydiving? Imagine how much that could be if something went horribly wrong.
Well dude, if you really want to call it quits there are a lot faster ways, like stepping out in front of a fast moving train, or big truck.
and probably much less painful. Dying from liver disease ain't going to be a lot of fun.
Methinks me smells a troll.
Do the job quick asshole and save the insurance companys a lot of money.
Can I have your stuff after you're worm food?
Just because you know better than someone, does that mean they aren't being sincere? No. I tried once to overdose on Tylenol, too. No, I'm not lying; and no, I wasn't crying for help. I honestly thought it would kill me! Yeah, I was foolish, but you know, sometimes people are foolish...
