I Liked This Guy When I Was Young

When I was 15 years old I was at my cousin's wedding where this this guy  was too, a friend of my cousin's. I had a major crush on him he was a law student back then while I was just in highshool, he didn't pay me much attention back then  and I was really hurt then because I liked him.
Now I am 30 years old and I have a nice career, but I am still single haven't met the right man yet.
I had a big surprise when I got a friend request from this guy I liked when  I was young, I didn't think I will get the chance ever again.
I don't know if he knows me anymore it was a really long time, he didn't even know that I liked him back then I feel really confused, was  it only a coincidence that he sent me a friend request?
He is still atractive he is 38 years old now, not married , and he looks so good, I don't know if I should text him or not, what should I do?
I forget to mention that he likes my photos, I guess that means that he likes how I look, he looks at my stories also.
