I Met This Guy I Like After A While Of Not Seeing Him.

Couple of days ago I posted that I like this guy who I met many years ago at my cousin's wedding, and he was younger back then I was just a teenager I liked him since then but he wasn't interested in me. He sent me a friend request couple months ago and he always likes my photos on facebook but never sent me a message.
I haven't seen him in person after that wedding until yesterday.
I was walking in the park and taking pictures enjoying the beautiful weather, when I saw him getting out of his car near the park, I was about to leave when he came in the park too. He looked at me for a few seconds but I felt so embaressed don't know why so I looked in another way and I just walked away without looking bad I wish I could had the courage to say hi at least.
I don't know if he recognised me from facebook or not, maybe he did I expected for him to sent me a message but he didn't, I wished so badly to get a messsge from him.
I mean what were the chaces to meet him in our hometown, he doesn't even live here anymore but his parents live here so I guess he was visiting them.
I feel so unpatience, I just feel I should yext him first but I don't know what to say to him. :(
