Vasectomy Time

Last night after having sex my wife said I should be getting a vasectomy soon. Kinda came as a shock to me so I asked why. She said that we’ve had 3 kids now so it’s my turn to do something and that’s a vasectomy

Now she knows my stance on vasectomies. She know for years that I would not get one. I know a few guys who still got post vasectomy pain and I told her I’d never get one. My dad still has pain from when he got his years ago. Not to mention my balls already hurt from a varicocele and an injury from my 20s.

I told my wife why didn’t you get fixed after our last child? She said because I figured you would.

Now we’re in a dilemma. She’s still on birth control which she wants to stop and I’ve told her I’m okay using condoms. But she wants me to go get snipped which she knows I’m uncomfortable doing. This is our first major disagreement or fight actually.

I’ve recently suggested she get off the pill and get an implant birth control which she was actually open to doing. I’ve yet to suggest she get her tubes tied. Currently my wife is a stay at home mom so it makes more sense for her to get fixed instead of me sitting at home with sore balls for a few days when I should be working.

I had a vasectomy years ago, then a reversal, and then a second vasectomy.

No big deal, and a lot less invasive than your wife getting her tubes tied. She went through a hell of a lot more pain having your children.

Grow some nuts and take some responsibility.

It's a simple and relatively painless procedure that requires you to not do any heavy lifting for maybe 24 hours, Pcvtsgedut on your big boy pants and get it done.

What a swell guy. You'd rather have your wife go thru surgery and risk complications, than get a simple quick almost painless surgery that takes about 20 minutes. Get a grip, Sparky !

Get the vasectomy. If you follow the post procedure instructions it's unlikely you'll have any issues. It's been 34 years since I had mine. Everything works fine and there was very little discomfort. Although not being able to have sex for 2 weeks was difficult. Be a man and do what your wife asks.

I wont say mine was the most pleasant experience, I’m still glad I did it. If for no other reason then I could fuck my FWBs and unload in them without worrying, since the Mrs didnt want it but others did.

Dude, it's not as bad as you think. Hurts for 3 to 5 days, but having sex as much as you want without having to worry about anything is awesome

Get the vasectomy, then you don't have to worry about birth control anymore with whoever you sleep with.
